//Senior portraits | Bennett | Minneapolis Photographer
I discovered someone who doesn’t like the color yellow. Yeah. Bennett doesn’t. Like it makes him feel sick. But he seems way cooler than me all of a sudden. Liking yellow, as I do, seems so prosaic now.
Speaking of cool, we went downtown Minneapolis for some shots and ended up by the Bob Dylan mural painted by Brazilian artist, Kobra. We did some pictures there and once we were back in the car, his mom says, “What about the flower pants?” (Very cool mom BTW to remind teenage son to wear flower pants for senior portraits) “Flower pants???!!! Ok, we are definitely getting out oft he car again with the flower pants,” I say. Such a good call. It turns out Bennett looks JUST LIKE Dylan only blond and a lot cooler in part because of the flower pants.
Since Bob Dylan, I mean, Bennett, is in charge of the year book, he did mention that perhaps he would use a picture of a cat instead of one of him. Man, the thought of that makes me smile. But if you’re reading this, Bennett, don’t do it, listen to your cool mom and use one of these. :)
P.S. Also. Seniors everywhere. Do you have a BFF that has four legs and is super cute? Bring that BFF to your session. Because, seriously, you should.
